职位简介Job Summary
香港特别行政区政府驻粤经济贸易办事处投资推广组（“驻粤办投资推广组”）招商引才／投资推广高级副总监或副总监（广西）将被派往驻广西联络处（“联络处”），负责推动香港投资推广署（“投资推广署”）协助位于广西壮族自治区的内地企业出海以走向国际的计划。
Senior Deputy Head or Deputy Head of Business and Talent Attraction / Investment Promotion (Guangxi) of the Investment Promotion Division of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Guangdong (“GDETO”) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will be deployed to the Guangxi Liaison Unit (“GXLU”), and is responsible for promoting the GoGlobal initiatives under Invest Hong Kong (“InvestHK”) to facilitate international expansion of Chinese Mainland enterprises in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
职责 Duties and Responsibilities
1）协助投资推广署香港总办事处及驻粤办投资推广组执行与协助内地企业出海相关的业务发展战略及计划，特别是宣传香港作为内地企业走向国际的门户的角色；
To assist InvestHK Headquarters and Investment Promotion Division of GDETO in the execution of business development strategies and plans for the GoGlobal initiatives, particularly in promoting the role of Hong Kong as a gateway for the Chinese Mainland enterprises to expand into overseas;
2）建立并维系与各关键持份者的紧密关系，包括但不限于广西壮族自治区的内地地方政府部门及相关机构，以及各大行业和商业组织，以构建完善的本地投资推广网络；并善用该网络在内地城市（包括二、三线城市）举办宣传活动及路演，藉此识别并接触具备海外扩张潜力的目标内地企业；
To forge and manage close relationships with key stakeholders, including but not limited to the Chinese Mainland local government bodies and authorities and various industries and business organisations in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in order to build a cohesive investment promotion network locally; and to leverage the network to organise promotional events and roadshows in the Chinese Mainland cities, including second- and third-tier cities, to identify and engage the target Chinese Mainland enterprises with potential for overseas expansion;
3）与当地商会及业界团体合作，负责外访商务考察团的筹备及现场安排；并协助考察团透过会议、活动及其他交流机会，与当地的持份者和商界建立联系，以识别潜在的商业合作伙伴；
To collaborate with local chambers and business associations on the preparatory work and onsite arrangement for the outbound business delegations; and assist the delegates in engaging with local stakeholders and business communities through meetings, events and other networking opportunities for identifying potential business partners;
4）紧贴市场趋势、区域机遇、最新产业信息及政府政策，以便为内地企业提供量身定制的海外投资方案，包括首站落户支持、政策便利、业务对接及资源匹配；
To stay abreast of market trends, regional opportunities, the latest industry information and government policies in order to provide tailored overseas investment solutions to the Chinese Mainland enterprises such as first-stop landing support, policy facilitation, business networking and resources matching;
5）积极跟进以成果为导向的项目，并与内地企业建立及维系长远的客户关系，以支持其出海的发展进程；
To proactively follow up with result-oriented projects, and maintain long-term client relationships with the Chinese Mainland enterprises to support their go global process;
6）协助策划及组织公关与市场推广活动，以提升香港作为内地企业出海之「超级联系人」的形象；
To assist in planning and organising public relations and marketing activities, in order to enhance the image of Hong Kong as a super-connector for the Chinese Mainland enterprises going global;
7）收集广西壮族自治区的市场情报及政府最新政策信息，并就本地市场趋势与商机向香港总办事处提供及时汇报；及
To collect market intelligence and the latest information on government policies in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and provide timely updates to Head Office on local market trends and business opportunities; and
8）妥善记录客户数据和上述各项投资推广活动，并履行上级指派的其他职务。
To manage clients records and above-mentioned investment promotion activities properly, and perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入职条件Entry Requirements
1）持有大学学士学位或同等学历，主修工商管理、经济、国际市场营销或有关的科目为佳；持有更高学历者将获优先考虑；
A Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent, preferably with a major in Business Administration, Economics, International Marketing or related fields. Preference will be given to holders of a higher degree;
2）具备不少于7年从事业务发展、促进外来投资、国际业务及/或战略规划的相关全职工作经验的申请人可获考虑高级副总监及／或副总监一职，当中拥有5年或以上在政府工作的经验者将获优先考虑（具备最少5年但少于7年相关全职经验的申请人，只获考虑申请副总监一职）；
A minimum of 7 years of relevant full-time work experience in business development, investment promotion, international business, and/or strategic planning will be considered for the positions of Senior Deputy Head and/or Deputy Head. Preference will be given to those with 5 years or more of experience in the government (for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience, but less than 7 years, will be considered for the position of Deputy Head only);
3）具备良好的中英文书写和口语能力（包括普通话），以及良好的表达、沟通、人际及演讲技巧为佳；精通其他语言者可获优先考虑；
A strong command in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English, with excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills is required; fluency in other languages would be an advantage;
4）对于香港的商业环境及内地市场有广泛了解者获优先考虑；受聘者须于包括但不限于内地及香港出差；及
Familiarity with the Chinese Mainland markets and business environment in Hong Kong is preferred; and the incumbent is required to have duty travels, including but not limited to within the Chinese Mainland and to Hong Kong ; and
5）必须具备于中国内地进行劳务，及与第三方签订劳动合同的资格，并无须聘用单位代办签证。
Candidate must be eligible to take up employment in the Chinese Mainland without arrangement of work visa by the employer and eligible to sign the labor contract with a third party.
根据申请人的经验及资格，申请人有机会获聘为高级副总监或副总监。
A candidate will be considered for the position of either Senior Deputy Head or Deputy Head depending on the experience and qualifications demonstrated.

Notes:
1)The contract for the position of Senior Deputy Head or Deputy Head of Business and Talent Attraction / Investment Promotion (Guangxi) is valid until 31 March 2029 and will not be renewed.

3)Successful candidates after the interview shall sign a labor contract with the Beijing Foreign Enterprise Human Resource Service Co. (Guangxi branch).
